Zunari Kabuto with Two Toned Tacquer

Antique 1392-1573 Muromachi Period, to Momoyama period 1573-1600
Japanese Samurai Zunari-Kabuto , comprised of five plates, elongated
visor with fitting for Maedate.
Wide sweeping Four lame Shikoro or neck protector, securely fixed to
the Iron Bachi or helmet bowl with bronze rivets & silk bindings.
Handsomely adorned with a lavish two toned lacquer to resemble
Nori or kelp. Interior liner is hand stitched Hemp. Overall condition
is original and very good.
